- Membership: $300 plus $65 per event for Utility share & cleaning fee
- Included Event Days: Four hours per month. These can be broken down into minimum 2 hour events.
(weekend evenings not included)
- 10% discount for additional event dates.
- Office Hours for planning
- Membership: $1000 plus $30 per event Utility share & cleaning fee
- Included Event Days: 16 hours per month. These can be broken down into minimum 2 hour events. (1 Saturday Included)
- 10% discount for additional event dates.

- Membership: $1500 plus $30 per event for Utility share & cleaning fee
- Included Event Days: 24 Hours per month. These can be broken down into minimum 2 hour events. (1 Saturday Included)
